Our Philosophy
At Sacred Earth we believe individuals can lead healthy lives through balanced diet, conscious living, natural remedies and therapeutics. When treating individuals we take on a vitalistic approach, understanding that all elements of the human being (body, mind and soul) are interconnected both in one’s internal and external environments. This philosophy is strongly integrated into our practice as we embrace each person’s emotional, physical and mental state on the journey towards health and well-being. We offer therapies in Herbal Medicine, Iridology, Bach Flower Remedies, Homeopathy and Kundalini yoga.

We are a team of two, and both specialize in different fields all relating to natural medicine.

IRIDOLOGY
Iridology is an assessment tool which looks at the fibres, markings and colours of the eye to understand a person’s constitution and overall health. Through careful case taking and iris analysis, an iridologist is able to recommend specific dietary, natural therapeutics and lifestyle changes that can benefit the individual to improve their health and wellbeing.
HERBAL MEDICINE
Herbal Medicine is a traditional practice which centres on using medicinal plants to treat illness and ailments of varying degrees. Taking a person’s case and using Iridology it can give direction into the treatment protocol or herbal formulae the individual requires to begin their healing journey.

Bach flower Remedies aim to restore emotional harmony. By easing daily stress, addressing mild mood concerns, calming anxious feelings, and reducing frustration and anger, it seeks to create a balance in areas of energetic disruption.
Homeopathy is a system of natural health care that has been in worldwide use for over 200 years. Homeopathy aims to stimulate the body’s natural defenses or healing mechanisms and processes to bring healing not only to the symptoms but also to the underlying cause of illness or discomfort.
KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga is a practice that combines breath work, meditation, and physical postures to increase energy, improve mental clarity, enhance creativity, and develop a deeper connection to the self and Creation.

What is the difference between a traditional herbalist and a medical herbalist?A traditional herbalist is an individual who has gained their wisdom of medicinal herbs either from their parents, grandparents or someone who has themselves been practicing herbal medicine for decades. A medical herbalist is similar to a traditional herbalist with its main difference being a medical herbalist will as well look into the chemical composition of a herb as well as scientific studies confirming a herbs medicinal properties.

Will it be a quick fix?This entirely depends on you, as an individual and what you are hoping to heal. In some cases individuals find they only need a single session while others may need multiple sessions to feel the changes they are wishing to desire.

Do I need to bring anything with me to a consultation?The main thing you need to bring along is yourself and an open mind. That being said if you have booked or wish to book a herbal and iridology consultation and are on any medication kindly bring with you a list of the medication you are currently taking.

For the Herbalist and Iridologist consultation, are the herbal remedies included in the price?Herbal Remedies are paid separately as the types of remedies recommended will vary from client to client.

Do you see clients who are under the age of 18?Yes, consultations are available to those under the age of 18, however, a parent or guardian must be present in the consultation. For individuals aged 16 and above there is the option of a private consultation, however, their parent or guardian must sign a form.

Can I purchase the herbal remedies without having to come for a consultation?Herbal remedies are only given out after having had a consultation with a medical herbalist. The reason being is that each herbal remedy is tailor made to support the person as an individual. In addition to this there are herbs which contraindicate with antibiotics and pharmaceutical drugs so to prevent any unwanted side effects a consultation is highly recommended. With Iridology, how soon can you see any changes in an iris?With Iridology your iris markings tend to remain the same with very little to no change. If any changes where to happen it may occur after experiencing a trauma or going through a healing journey to detox your body. The reason why a persons iris seldom changes is because a persons marking are also indicators of who they are as a person and show their gifts as well as strengths.

With Iridology, can you diagnose diseases?Iridology is not a diagnostic tool and is not used to inform a person if they have an illness. There may be marking in a person's iris which may incline an iridology to recommend their client to visit their GP for a specific test but they themselves do not diagnose.
